About us
We are a family-owned video production company based in northeast Kansas. For nearly two decades our family has had the honor of working for Kansas families in the public school system as teachers.
First and foremost, we are motivated to use our abilities and business for the glory of Christ. Snow Hill Films is owned and operated by father-son team Marc and Ian.
Ian has worked as a Digital Media/Videography teacher since he started teaching out of college. He has worked as a freelance videographer/video editor for the past decade, directing documentaries that have aired on PBS, editing highlight films for the Jayhawk IMG Radio Network's social media teams, camera operating for large scale conference center events, and producing travel documentaries focused on small Kansas towns.
Ian is a proud alumni of the University of Kansas, Class of 2020.
Marc has worked in public education for the better part of two decades, but has always had a passion for film and filmmaking. His videography experience stems from working on travel documentaries focused on small Kansas towns and marketing for documentary films. In addition to his experience in videography and teaching, Marc has worked in landscaping, tech, truck driving, and as a lay pastor. Marc has been married for 28 years to the love of his life, his wife Shannon.
Marc is a proud alumni of Emporia State University.
